Essen-Borbek, Germany 

Essen-Borbeck-Mitte is the central borough

of Borbeck, the fourth suburban district of

 Essen, Germany. Together with the other boroughs of the district, it was incorporated on April 1, 1915. Borbeck-Mitte has a population of roughly 13,500 people and a total area of 3.19 km2 or 1.23 sq mi. The name Borbeck derives from Bor(a)thbeki, which means eitherriver in a fertile lowland or river of the Bructeri.

Cluj-Napoca, Romania 

Cluj-Napoca, commonly known as Cluj, is

the second most populous city in Romania,

after the national capital Bucharest, and the seat of Cluj County in the northwestern part of the country. Located in the SomeÈ™ul Mic River valley, the city is considered the unofficial capital to the historical province of Transylvania. From 1790 to 1848 and from 1861 to 1867, it was the official capital of the Grand Principality of Transylvania.

Pedrogao Grande, Portugal

Pedrógão Grande is a municipality in the district of Leiria in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 3,915, in an area of 128.75 km². The municipal holiday is July 24.

Klaipeda, Lithuania

KlaipÄ—da  is a city in Lithuania situated at

the mouth of the DanÄ— River where it flows

into the Baltic Sea. It is the third largest city in Lithuania and the capital of KlaipÄ—da County.

The city was incorporated into Lithuania during its time as a Soviet Socialist Republic and has remained within Lithuania following its re-establishment as an independent state.

Crotone, Italy

Crotone  is a city and comune in Calabria. Founded c. 710 BC as the Achaean colony of Kroton, it was known as Cotrone from the Middle Ages until 1928, when its name was changed to the current one. In 1992 it became the capital of the newly established Province of Crotone.
